I am Jessica Silva Menéndez, a lawyer specializing in Spanish Immigration and Global Mobility Law, with a practice focused on individuals, professionals, entrepreneurs and companies with projects in Spain.
My personal and professional path has always been shaped by an international environment. Having lived and worked across different countries and cultures helps me understand that behind every immigration procedure or business project there is much more than paperwork: there is a personal, professional or business decision that needs the right strategy.
I support my clients with residency, work and citizenship procedures, global mobility and the establishment of foreign companies in Spain, offering close, clear and personal advice from the initial review through to the end of the process.
How I work
My way of working starts from a simple idea: first understand the client’s project, then build the legal solution that best fits it.
I work in English, Spanish and Chinese, advising clients of different nationalities and coordinating matters with an international dimension.
