Having completed university studies at undergraduate level or higher in Spain.
Application deadline
It is applied for in the sixty days before your stay expires, or up to ninety days afterwards, at the risk of a fine.
Insurance and financial means
Keeping health insurance and sufficient financial means throughout its validity.
No right to work
While it is valid you cannot work; you can prepare the move to a permit that allows you to.
Duration
It is granted for a maximum of twenty-four months, with no extension.
