Victims of gender-based or sexual violence
A residence and work permit for foreign women who are victims of gender-based or sexual violence, which can be extended to their children.
Is this the right option for you?
It is designed for foreign women who are in Spain, including those in an irregular situation, and who have suffered gender-based or sexual violence. Reporting it should not put their administrative status at risk.
We support you discreetly throughout the procedure, from the initial application to the final permit, coordinating where necessary with the criminal proceedings.
If you are in danger, call 016 (free and confidential support for victims of gender-based violence in Spain) or 112 in an emergency.
